Our seeds and products are guaranteed for an entire year from the date of purchase. We want you, our customers, to be 100% satisfied with the seed, plants, and supplies that you purchase from us. If anything you buy from Territorial proves to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: The liability of Territorial Seed Company for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the item, or the return of the purchase price. As is customary in the seed trade, in no case shall Territorial be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed or product. Territorial has based the prices of its seed and products on this limited warranty and liability and these prices would be much higher if further liability coverage was required. By ordering such seeds and products, the purchaser acknowledges this limited warranty. Our seeds and products are guaranteed for an entire year from the date of purchase.

Since its founding in 1979, the mission of Territorial Seed Company has been to help growers produce fresh-from-the-garden food year ‘round. Our founder, Steve Solomon, was an avid grower and researcher, and before his first packet of seed was filled, began major vegetable trials in both summer and winter varieties to ensure the best possible varieties would be available to his home garden customers.
Dedicated Research, Trial & Production Farm
We trial and evaluate all seed varieties on our 5-acre organic farm, testing new varieties and growing current offerings to ensure quality, uniformity, and true-to-type performance. As our own largest seed producer, we specialize in lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash, using traditional selection for top-quality, high-germinating seeds.
