Had very poor germination after prepping the soil and watering daily. I usually buy a fescue blend of grass and have always had good results. This blend did poorly. I would not buy this product again.

I foolishly planted this too early. But once the soil warmed up it sprouted well. When I ran out of seed I bought some brand X micro clover & fescue at a big box store. Brand X never sprouted. It was planted on the same day.
It's not tall enough to mow yet. So I can't give a long term result.

This actually germinated really well. The clover took longer but is definitely there. We seeded in the fall (late Aug) but our problem was we didn't do enough to deter/prevent weeds. We had been working on removing gravel and irrigation and didn't have enough time to water and let the weeds germinate before having to sow the grass/micro clover blend. We will be purchasing more to reseed again this fall after pulling, tilling and using herbicide this summer.
