HAPPY FEET

Product Description:

Tulipa ‘Happy Feet’ These flamelike tulips offer a unique play on colors with “ice cream” hues. Fuchsia fades to electric pink against a creamy, ivory petal, creating a beautiful swirl effect. Fall-planted bulbs produce long-lasting blooms in the spring. Strong, sturdy stems hold up well to early spring rain and wind and make them perfect for cut flower arrangements. Mature height 18-20 inches. Hardy in zones 3-8.

Starts shipping in September until sold out. Order early for best availability. Detailed planting instructions are included with each order, and may be obtained below. Available only within the contiguous US.

Big, Fat, Healthy Bulbs

Every year, I tell myself that this will be the year I plant tulips, in the fall, for a spring display.

This year, I finally kept that promise.

I ordered tulips bulbs from Territorial Seed and another company. Territorial Seed bulbs arrived far superior to the other bulbs.

My Happy Feet bulbs are big and plump. They are solid and healthy. The other brand, not so much.

I'm so excited for spring to arrive and I'm so thankful to have found quality bulbs. I'll definitely be back for more.

Hardiness Zone Listed per variety

Plant tulips October through November. They require at least 5–6 hours of sun a day and prefer a well-drained, humus-rich soil. Dig the bed deeply, add a little bone meal and/or bulb fertilizer and plant 5 inches apart and 4 inches deep. For maximum results, when the shoots come up, side dress with more bulb fertilizer, and don’t forget to water tulips regularly during their growth and blooming stages. Plant shallow rooted annuals around the tulips to hide the dying foliage at the end of the blooming season.
