Problem product

The directions packaged with the product say that you can water through the product and give instructions on how to (semi)permanently anchor it to the ground. The problem is that water does not pass through the material but just beads up and pools in the low spots. Six hours after watering and the puddles are still sitting on top of the fabric. Since this forces you to remove the cover daily to water it really is not usable for it's intended purpose.
