VIOLETTA

VIOLETTA

Product Description:

30-50 days. 30 days for baby greens, 50 days for heads. The striking appearance, crisp and sweet flavor, and high nutritional value of Violetta make it the perfect choice to use as a baby green or as a full-headed pak choi. The rich violet leaf tops contrast beautifully with green undersides and stems. A great source of vitamin A, calcium, and iron.

The Violetta Pak Choi Seeds are Growing

I planted these seeds earlier this month (is now July 21st) and they are growing fast; the leaves are a pretty violet/greenish hue and I look forward to eating not only the pak choi itself, but also the pretty flowers that will grow with it. The flowers are so good boiled as well as the pak choi; butter and salt added makes them a very tasty addition to any meal!
