Productive and easy to grow

We're a small market garden near Seattle, so reliability and productivity are vital to us. Ewok germinates well, and produces clean heads, without bolting, in any weather we've tried it in so far. We direct seed, cover with insect needing from day of seeding, and water on the same schedule as lettuce.

Ewok

First time growing this Pak Choy and so far can’t be happier. Planted in a raised bed of our greenhouse in May and we are eating it now and have been for three weeks. I live at 8500 ft above sea level in Colorado and the EWOK is handling the climate and altitude. I would plant again.
