FUN TASTY LITTLE GUY

These guys grown a little strange. They are viney, but like to have SEVERAL branches. Great producer and very tolerant of the dry heat of southwestern Idaho compared to other varieties. There seems to be no standard plant height/length. I had some max out a 4' but several arms and some get over 8' with 3 or 4 arms each growing the 8'+. If you want to get your children into growing/gardening, I'd suggest this guy for a starter plant. They also stand up well to quick and conventional pickling, maintaining their crispiness

Impressed

I have tried to grow other types of cucumbers in our garden without much success. This variety produced well...so well that I was giving some away. I like the flavor and would have given this cucumber a 5+ rating if it didn't have thick skin. Having to peel the skin before eating it sliced with a bit of salt or in a salad is not my preference, but I'm still going to gladly order these again for next year's garden, grateful for this easy to grow and tasty variety.

Unique

I am in North Florida, and I started my cucumbers kind of late in the season. We had a ton of rain also. These plants seem susceptible to pickleworms in these conditions. However, I hope to try them again earlier next year. I may have harvested them when they were a little on the large side. The skins were a bit thick, so I peeled them. They're super crunchy, and the taste is mild and clean. They're a unique and fun variety.
