Territorial Seed Company Order Terms & Conditions

SPECIAL Shipping Updates: (12/31/2020) There are some new products for the 2021 season that are still late/delayed to arrive to our business. This has caused hundreds of orders to be delayed in shipping out until we have them in house and can process and ship to our customers. We are monitoring the situation daily and will work with our customers as best we can to get their orders out to them and can offer substitutions or refunds if desired. These will be shipped out on a first come, first served basis where we will focus on the oldest orders in our system first.

(1/4/2021) We are receiving notices from our customers that shipments are being delayed in transit. The majority of our customer orders are shipping within a 1 week timeframe, but there is extreme slowness in the deliveries from USPS and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received your tracking #, please feel free to contact the appropriate carrier to determine when your package should arrive. They will have better transit time answers than we will as we have no control over your order once it has left our facility.
(1/6/2021) Due to an increased call and email volume, please do not call or email to check on the status of your order, unless it has been longer than the expected 14 day fulfillment period.

By placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms:

  • As always, our products are backed by our full guarantee. If anything you purchase proves to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

  • Orders are processed in the order which they are received.

  • Though we cannot guarantee a specific time frame, orders will take approximately 10-14 days to ship. Pre-ordered items such as plants and garlic will ship at their designated time noted on our website. We are doing everything in our power to ship as quickly as we can while maintaining the safety of our staff within the local government mandated guidelines.

  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

  • Once your order is placed, we will not be able to edit it. If you find that you need additional items, please place another order.

  • At this time if you choose to cancel your order there may be a 20% restocking fee applied.

  • Some seed envelopes may be generic and will not have growing information. All of our growing information is available here on our website.

  • Discounts can’t be combined with any other special offers or discounts. Please contact Customer Service if you are having an issue placing an order with a discount code.

  • Shipping days are standard Monday-Friday except on holidays. If you are concerned about what day your order will ship out, please contact Customer Service. We may ask you to expedite your order so you can feel confident on when it should arrive.
