Terms and Conditions for Territorial Seed Company Gift Cards: Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only on our website, TerritorialSeed.com or our Company Store in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Sales tax will not be charged when gift cards are purchased. Orders paid by gift cards will be charged applicable sales tax. Gift cards cannot be reloaded. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. If your total purchase is less than the value of your gift card, then your balance will remain to be used for future purchases. If your gift card does not cover the total amount of purchase, the remainder of the purchase value will be required to be paid by credit card.
