Strides ahead of other walk-behind seeders, the Jang JP-1 maximizes efficiency of direct sowing. Using the included gear sprockets and specially designed seed rollers (sold separately), the JP-1 is optimized for accurate singulation of small, direct-sown seed such as carrots and salad mixes, drastically reducing overseeding and the need for thinning.
• Quick-release hopper makes switching between seed a quick, no-waste process
• 0.26 gallon capacity. Hopper lid keeps seed safe and clean, also doubles as seed size gauge
• Fully adjustable handle. Side offset lets the operator walk to the side of the newly sown rows and allows seeding tight against tunnel walls for indoor work
• Fully adjustable seed depth. Spring-loaded press shoe and rear wheel ensure optimal soil contact after sowing
• Multiple sprockets included to adjust in-row seed spacing. Between sprocket adjustment and rollers, obtain nearly any spacing between .25" and 6" or more
