strawberries

my strawberries did very poorly. I ordered 50 strawberries only half of them started to grow so I called and got another 25. they did nothing. so out of 75 strawberry plants I have maybe 16 . I followed all the instructions they sent for planting. Very disappointing.

Tough Year

My seascape bareroots were so beautiful when I recieved them, though we has a couple of frosts still ahead of us so I was worried about putting them out, I soaked the roots in water and then wrapped them up in damp papertowel and left them in my garage for several days before it was nice enough to plant them. Only 1/3 of them flourished after planting. The rest did nothing. They are currently producing berries. Disappointed in the bareroots this year, but as long as a few grew I can fill in with runners for next year.

Disappointed

After 8 seeks only 6 plants of ther 50 I purchased stre surviving. But not thriving. The rest just brightened and died within a couple weeks. After contacting customer service about not being thrilled with the condition of the bare roots I received the response was they suggested send ot fresh healthy plants but should be happy to replace missing ones. The seascape died right away. 2 months later a very big portion of the Albion died over the weeks. The plants arrived with dry roots and rotting crowns. 3 were already slimy. Anyway, very disappointed.
