Lundy Cauliflower
(F1) 250 days. Lundy is typically harvested in March, just in time to know that spring is right around the corner. The deep white curds taste great cooked with melted cheese on top, and we particularly enjoy using it in soups that help warm up the cold end of winter. Good winter hardiness.
