Probably the most popular perennial in American gardens and for good reason. Daylilies have great looking foliage all season long, are relatively maintenance free, and provide a colorful display when mixed in the border, mass planted, or in a container. Our varieties bloom throughout the season and should be planted in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil. Hardy in zones 3–8.
Named after a famous Dutch painter, this daylily is simply a masterpiece. Big, 4 inch, bicolor blooms alternate between cinnamon red and bright golden petals. Prolific plants get 3 feet tall with flowers held high above the foliage. Extremely eye catching when planted in large clumps.
